5-Minute Golden Milk for Joint Pain

  • 1 cup Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • tinny pinch black pepper
  • 1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp coconut oil

Method
 

  1. Warm the Base: In a small saucepan, add your almond milk and bring it to a gentle simmer over medium-low heat. Do not let it boil.
  2. Whisk the Spices: Add the turmeric, ginger, black pepper, and coconut oil. Whisk continuously for about 2-3 minutes until the milk turns a vibrant golden color.
  3. Sweeten and Serve: Turn off the heat. Stir in your honey. Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy immediately.
